Responsibilities
- Almost 100% of time spent working with a large enterprise physical access control solution accomplishing the following:
- Review records in multiple databases and determine best corrective method.
- Run reports and evaluate.
- Work with Software engineering group to modify requirements of report tools.
- Work with people throughout a large organization to communicate solutions.
- Provide training to end-user community. (after an internal training period of course!)
Qualifications
- Experience with Excel
- College degree – S.T.E.M. degree preferred! But also open to a person without STEM background who is proficient with use of computer applications.
- Self-motivated person who is looking for a challenge
- Customer service attitude
- Good at building relationships
