• The Ideal candidate is someone who can market Open houses, property listings, data online in various realty marketing websites: HGAR MLS, Trulia, Zillow, NY Times Online and few more.
  • Work with clients to prepare purchase applications (board packages). Communicate with Clients, Building Management offices to determine and locate any missing data.
  • Prepare and illustrate description of the properties, pay attention to minor details, proper etiquette and verbal skills.
  • Can work effectively under pressure in a fast paced and demanding environment.
  • Proficient at using Microsoft Office, Adobe Acrobat Pro, Google Calendar, Social Media Marketing and quick on a computer.
  • This position also requires that the person is creative, able to multitask and prioritize things to be done on their own, with little supervision.
  • Create flyers and postcards, process leads for agents and manage social media accounts.
  • The candidate must be dress professionally and is hardworking, accurate, confident and presentable, being that their work station is in the front of the office and in many occasions, they become the first line of communication with clients.

Duration: 6 or 12 months

Stipend: $800/month + housing + 500€ discount off the program fee
