JOB DESCRIPTION - Entry Level Account Executive:

As an Entry Level Account Executive at Ibericus, you will meet one on one with our clients and you'll manage relationships with partners, which means you are a proactive self-starter able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment. Additionally, you are focused to help expand the client relationship and increase the market share in the New York city area. 

The typical day for the Account Executive begins by meeting with the current management team to discuss internal development, organizational growth, and a tactical approach to client interactions. The latter half of the day is spent meeting with business clients directly.  At the end of the day, our Account Executives sit down with the management team for a wrap-up meeting. 

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Client acquisition and retention: Work collaboratively with a team to drive growth with new accounts.
  • Territory management: Learn how to master your territory in order to identify and promote business opportunities.
  • Sales and Marketing consulting: Develop data-driven analysis, forward thinking, and recommendations that align with our client goals and quantify high-impact opportunities with clear recommendations to pitch to clients.
  • Plan and lead weekly Sales and Marketing meetings: Actively participate in all meetings, conferences, and programs with our clients  

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS 

  • Bachelor's Degree 
  • Excellent communication skills, self-motivated, willingness to learn  
  • Proven Leadership Ability,  teamwork mindset, awesome team player    
  • A competitive spirit and strong work ethic, positive attitude and drive to win, a desire to work in a fast paced environment  
  • Must be willing to work in New York City

Duration: 12 months 

Stipend: $2,500 - $3,000/month
