Amil Freight, sister company of Anbakam Metals LLC, is a technology freight brokerage company. Our main focus is the US trucking industry, with the aim to make logistics as simple as it can be. We provide a seamless and hassle-free platform to both shippers and carriers.
 Job profile:
  • Search and qualify prospective leads.
  • Call to potential clients( B2B) who may require our services.
  • Consistently deliver on strategic growth initiatives.
  • Gain a strong understanding of the US trucking industry, and negotiate freight rates with carriers and shippers.
  • Montitor and take ownership of the end-end process flow from booking, shipment tracking, documentation (BL, POD) to payment (procure-pay process).
  • Carry out research projects on company’s current processes, freight rates, trucking industry, niche commodities, and provide recommendations.
  • Benchmark against competitors and provide timely feedback to stay abreast with current transportation trends.
  • Build and optimize the use of carrier partner relationships to expand outreach, and increase load volume.      
  • Likeable personality & conversationalist- can bring your own rapport-building skills while being guided by a scripted presentation.
  • Is well-spoken, upbeat, determined, driven, and diligent.
  • Basic office computer knowledge a must - Excel, Internet, CRM experience a plus
  • Visionaries and business-builders a plus, but must be able to master the basics, including but not limited to professionalism, concentration on task at hand, mastering sets of sales principles, and openness to learning.

Duration: 12 months

Stipend: $1,500/month
