Think Creative is searching for a Graphic Designer to collaborate on creative for our brand. This will entail generating graphics for cross functional teams including signage, print collateral, and digital marketing collateral. The ideal candidate will have 0-3 years experience as a graphic designer.
At Think Creative You Will:
- Participate in the design process, creating solutions
- Support Graphic Design team with marketing assets
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Work with the creative team to execute on a variety of creative initiatives
- Create highly organized documentation of all artwork and process work
Who You Are:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in graphic design
- C1 or C2 english level
- 0-3 years experience in graphic design
- Must be proficient in Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and other Adobe Suite softwares
- Innate sense of use of typography and traditional graphic design practices
- Must have an excellent sense of typography and layout
- Effectively manage multiple projects and timelines
- Proven track record managing marketing channels and optimizing performance
- Creative, responsive, and adaptive in a dynamic and fast paced environment
- Must have the aptitude and desire to learn new competencies and skills
- Must be a team player
- Strong attention to detail
- Animation experience a plus
