Prominent NYC financial services firm searching for financial sales representative to join a newly forming team in our flagship Wall Street office. These roles will specialize in providing small businesses and merchants with full financial services such as payroll, equipment financing, commercial real estate, term loans, Merchant Cash Advances and more.

Sales Reps are responsible for selling financial products, building a pipeline of business, managing client relationships, working well in a team environment, and always be closing. Reps are required to follow set protocols and business practices to efficiently work leads, track the flow of information, and accurately document all outcomes.

Our firm provides extensive and ongoing training in the various financial products available to our clients; an excellent sales support staff; state-of-the-art office space in the Trump Building on Wall Street; effective leads; and daily sales incentives.

As a member of our Sales team, you will always represent our firm's moral and ethical standards and be expected to conduct yourself in a professional and courteous manner to clients and co-workers.

Ideal Candidate Requirements:
• Sales experience, strong drive & competitive mentality. Demonstrated success in selling.
• Strong understanding of small businesses, and all aspects of commercial lending
• Record of closing leads, exceeding sales quota goals and managing sales pipeline
• Technologically savvy; comfortable with Salesforce, Microsoft Office etc.
• Strong cold-calling skills
• A drive for self-directed learning and personal development

Preferred Qualifications:
• Bachelor's Degree
• Previous experience using a CRM system and proficiency using Microsoft Office
• ISO background (plus)
• Relationship management or account management experience a plus
• Languages: English (Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply)

Duration: 12 months

Stipend: $2,000 per month
