Administrative and Events Assistant
Reports to President, & Director of Development
Responsibilities
- Events:
- Oversee and manage the planning and logistics for conferences and events across the U.S.
- Identify and correspond with vendors for events
- Identify event spaces fr potential NAS events
- Work with NAS staff to invite speakers, attendees, press, and sponsors for events
- Administrative:
- Schedule calls and meetings
- Assisting with the drafting and editing f letters and articles
- Organizing physical news clippings
- Collaborate with NAS staff on projects as needed

Location: Manhattan, New York
Duration: 12 months
Stipend: $40,000 per year
