Administrative and Events Assistant

Reports to President, & Director of Development


  • Events:
    • Oversee and manage the planning and logistics for conferences and events across the U.S.
    • Identify and correspond with vendors for events
    • Identify event spaces fr potential NAS events
    • Work with NAS staff to invite speakers, attendees, press, and sponsors for events
  • Administrative:
    • Schedule calls and meetings
    • Assisting with the drafting and editing f letters and articles
    • Organizing physical news clippings
    • Collaborate with NAS staff on projects as needed

Location: Manhattan, New York
Duration: 12 months
Stipend: $40,000 per year
