Position Summary: The Integrated Creative’s key responsibilities will include copywriting, art directing, designing and participating in the production for different types of businesses, brands and social media platforms.

General:
  • Creating content for clients’ social media platforms, from conception to finished campaigns.
  • Work closely with the rest of the Creative Team to ensure Social Media concepts are seamlessly integrated within general campaigns.
  • Participate in ideation and development of traditional Creative campaigns
Content Creation:
  • Generate creative ideas for integrated campaigns focused on social media platforms, such as Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Snapchat and others.
  • Writing, designing and generating assets, posts, videos, and other social media campaign elements.
  • Participateinbrainstormingsessionsandhelpinothercreativeprojects,as needed.

Production/Post-Production:

  • Participating in the production process of content creation, in-house and within larger productions.
  • Work closely with producer during shoots to ensure Art Direction meets Creative requirements.
  • Supervising creative product throughout the production process
  • Shooting and editing in-house assets for social media campaigns.
  • Participating in post-production of all assets for social media campaigns.

  • Presents and sells Social media work internally and to clients.

Qualifications

Education/Experience:

Bachelor's degree from four-year college or university; or one to two years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

  • 1-5 years of social media creative (Art direction &/or copywriting) experience in Advertising Agency or Social Media

  • Positive attitude, willingness to learn and train

  • Bicultural, bilingual speakers with strong Spanish preferred

  • A portfolio with exceptional conceptual and design skills

  • An expert understanding of Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Keynote/PowerPoint,
  • Adobe InDesign, Adobe Premiere Pro, Adobe Lightroom, Adobe Spark, CaptureOne, Google Docs, Google Slides – plus (ideally) an understanding of Flash, After Effects, and video production (especially vertical video) and Social Media Platforms (IG, FB,TW, Snapchat, TikTok).
  • A deep understanding of social media and social media content and how to craft content and assets for each particular channel.

  • A four-year degree and/or formal design training, plus five to seven years of art direction and strong digital design experience, preferably in a creative agency

  • Time management

Language Ability:

Read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals. Write routine reports and correspondence. Speak effectively before groups of customers or employees.

Mathematical Ability:

Add, subtract, multiply and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions and decimals. Compute rate, ratio and percent, and draw and interpret bar graphs.

Reasoning Ability:

Apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form. Deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations.

Computer Skills:

Microsoft Office and Adobe Suite knowledge.
