We are currently seeking an intern who will assist the account & production team with the daily operations required to sustain our digital platforms and estore. This role works closely with the brands customer relations team, manufacturers & warehouse fulfillment team, as well as our in-house photography studio and creative teams. This position will provide data analysis and insight, so that our digital platforms are continually optimized.

You will have the opportunity to work across a variety of projects. This is an excellent opportunity for a recent college graduate or early stage professional eager to get their start in digital marketing and community management.

Role and Responsibilities

As the Digital Intern at Experience Interaction, you report into the Account Director and will be responsible for:

  • Constantly monitoring the performance of the estore's shipping and warehousing partners, as well as new orders, and ensuring all product & inventory information is up to date on the estore

  • Estore Content Management, adding new products and removing old product entries

  • Monitor customer comments and complaints and flag with relevant teams

  • Assist in the new product development lifecycle

  • Own administrative tasks such as invoice tracking and billing submissions

  • Weekly communication with our warehouse and shipping partners to ensure goods are moving on time.

  • Assisting other departments with shipping related questions, and coordinating shipments under supervision.

  • Weekly reporting on estore and fan portal

  • Community Management of fan portal including constant monitoring and responding to users

    with accordance to the approved response matrix

  • Assist in new content development for the fan portal and participate in agency brainstorms

  • Assist in monitoring and fulfilling contests and user ship-outs

  • Organize creative assets, file and maintain image catalogue

  • Other duties as assigned by the team

Desired Skills

  • Candidate needs to be able to clearly communicate information via email and phone

  • Strong written skills, with the ability to adapt to channel and speak in a brand tone of voice

  • Digitally savvy, creative and highly organized

  • Possess a desire to understand and resolve problems independently, providing solutions.

  • Ideal candidates possess strong analytics skills, with Google Analytics, and Shopify analytics

    proficiency being a big plus

  • Community Management experience is a plus

Duration: 12 months
Stipend: $2,100 per month
