Construction firm seeks individual to assist in office duties.

Individual will perform the following tasks:
 
  • Answering phone calls
  • Weekly payroll entry into ADP
  • Handle NYC certified payroll submission and labor union dues processing
  • Entering bills into Foundation payment system
  • Check processing through Foundation system
  • Price Quotes

Required qualifications:

  • Bachelors Degree required, Accounting degree a plus
  • MS Office skills required - Word, Excel, Outlook
  • Individual shall be well motivated to assist & learn around office.

Duration: 12 months

Stipend: $2,500 per month
