Construction firm seeks individual to assist in office duties.
Individual will perform the following tasks:
- Answering phone calls
- Weekly payroll entry into ADP
- Handle NYC certified payroll submission and labor union dues processing
- Entering bills into Foundation payment system
- Check processing through Foundation system
- Price Quotes
Required qualifications:
- Bachelors Degree required, Accounting degree a plus
- MS Office skills required - Word, Excel, Outlook
- Individual shall be well motivated to assist & learn around office.
Duration: 12 months
Stipend: $2,500 per month
