To provide management of payroll, payroll taxes, and general ledger accounts; preparing financial statements and tax returns.
Job Duties:
- Process / manage payroll & payroll taxes for business clients
- Prepare general ledger entries by maintaining records and files; reconciling accounts
- Prepare monthly financial reports and statements
- Answers accounting and financial questions by researching and interpreting data.
- Protects client’s value by keeping information confidential
- Implement best practices, standards and procedures in all accounting functions and activities
- Meet with clients to discuss their financial matters, such as real property, equipment, and tax liability
- Prepare individual and business tax returns
Education: Degree in Accounting or related field
Skills/Qualifications: Microsoft Office Skills, Time Management, Attention to Detail, Confidentiality, Strong Written and Oral Communication, General Math, Professionalism, Customer Service Skills, accurate keyboard skills, and Organization.
